We love a good hack at Taste HQ, so it was a no-brainer that freezing our coffee in an ice-cube tray would be the secret to creating the most perfect texture for this well-loved cocktail.

The frozen coffee cubes also make it that much easier to make, too. Just add them to a blender with some vodka and Kahlua, and blitz until smooth. You can prep multiple ice-cube trays in advance, too, so you have plenty on hand for any espresso martini parties that may be brewing!
