In this video, I’ll show you how to use human base meshes in Blender to quickly transform your character into the ideal shape.
The idea is simple: you can sketch your character first, and then deform an existing human base mesh to match your vision. These base meshes are freely available for download in Blender and have an optimized structure for adjustments.
For example, I created this fashion-inspired character. I raised her heel to simulate high heels, elongated her legs, and adjusted her proportions completely—all in just a few minutes using Blender’s edit and sculpt modes.
This method is great for fashion illustrations, character design, or creating unique poses quickly and effectively!
