This is an another timelapse (now 2x speed and screencast keys)where I show the modeling workflow using metaballs to generate a base mesh ready for sculpting.
Here is a quick concept using metaballs, i used Blender 3.4 to take advantage of the ability to create a mirror effect using the geometry nodes new feature.
